Panaderia Dorcas Bakery, Inc.

Rosalia gave bad customer service. I live 15 minutes away and obviously I am not going back to a bakery for two pieces of bread that she forget to place in my bag. She claims that she checked the cameras, but how can you check so fast and constantly swear that you placed them in the bag? I've never had a bad experience and I will not come back. Be sure I will tell friends/family about my experience and to not come here. It's not even about the cost of the bread but the inconvenience of coming home and not finding what i ordered. Then, she has the audacity to tell me that maybe my husband ate them? Why would I waste my time to try to get two pieces of bread free lol makes no sense but it's also not fair that you pay and you don't receive the items. She then said she will not waste her time and hung up on me. What kind of company does this! So unprofessional. Thanks to your customers and through recommendations you have a job. Be sure, I will be posting my experience on social media because no one should be going through this.

Podria ser mejor lugar si a parte de limpio y de dar buena atenciòn no engañaran a los clientes dandoles pan frio y duro mesclado con el caliente, la honestidad es primero si no hay deben hacerlo saber o decir si cuesta màs caliente no habria problema yo pago màs , con tal de comer pan caliente y fresco del dia y no es una sola vez a menudo me pasa porque mezclan el pan caliente con el frio para que se acabe.

The lady was very rude and tried to even ignore me until the lady behind me told her I was there first. She still continued to give me an attitude. I’ve came here many times but today will be the last.
