I ordered fried rice without shrimp, but I was served fried rice with shrimp instead. The staff member acknowledged that she made a mistake with my order, but nothing was done to rectify the situation. She then dismissed me with a hand gesture, saying it was only a small amount of shrimp. The only thing worse than the service was the reheated fried rice; the only thing fresh was the ice. The dining experience was disappointing, just like the service, which is a shame considering the previous owners used to serve excellent, freshly made food. No customer should have to settle for microwaved meals.
