I'll start by mentioning that I've visited several other Panatieri's locations and have always been impressed by the quality of their pizza. The Bound Brook location is no exception! Upon entering the pizzeria, you're met with an impressive array of slices featuring a variety of toppings. I chose a square slice (I'm not sure if it was the Brooklyn, Grandma, or something else) and a tortellini slice. The square slice had a delightful, fluffy crust topped with a spicy, flavorful sauce and fresh, tasty cheese. The tortellini slice was fantastic and quite filling. We ordered chicken parmigiana and salads to take away, and everything was excellent. The chicken parm was loaded with cutlets—every bite was full of chicken. My shrimp Caesar salad was delicious, with freshly grilled shrimp cooked to perfection. I liked that the dressing came on the side. I would definitely visit this Panatieri's again for a slice without hesitation.
The pizza could have been significantly improved; it lacked the right amount of seasoning. As for the lasagna, it was the worst I’ve ever tasted. I doubt I would ever return to this restaurant, as the food simply did not live up to my expectations. Overall, I would give it a rating of 1 out of 5.
Ordered and the wrong food was sent the woman who answered verified my order, but manager was rude and obnoxious and didn't want to resolve the issue.

Great pizza and subs! They also have some unique stuffed garlic knots that are worth trying. Just a heads up, parking on site can be a bit limited.
The pizza was delicious, the sauce was excellent, and I really enjoyed the stromboli! Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5.
