On Wednesday June 1, 2022. Terrible customer service at around 3:00pm 3:30pm.Walked in and stood waiting for service. One employee walked by and did not acknowledge us. Not even a simple hi... someone will be right with you... .I noticed there was possibly a shift change. That should be not be an excuse. (I suspect management is partly to blame on the failed operational aspect during shift turnover). I understand the challenges of staff shortages in the services sector... but blatantly walking (back and forth multiple times) in front of your customers who have been standing there for five minutes without at least a simple acknowledgement is terrible. I 've been to many other Panda Expresses...
Stopped in today to pick up some food to go. Found it strange how there were 2 girls behind the counter writing your order on the styrofoam container; they gave us a number. When our food was ready they called us to go pay. That's when they tell us they are only taking cash ; and that there were two signs posted at the front door. We never saw said signs on the way in; they should have also posted another sign near the food where you begin ordering, not to mention they should reiterate it prior to taking your order. There's no ATM near thAt location. We just had to leave. Very disappointed. Won't be going there again
Quick service and reasonably priced food (though we all know it's not the healthiest option). I particularly enjoy their orange chicken and Beijing beef, which is why I chose to visit. The prices are very budget-friendly, and you get generous portions! Although the line was long, it moved quickly. The only downside was the tables—they were extremely dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. If dine-in is an option, I believe they should definitely make an effort to clean the tables.
When I entered, the restaurant was bustling, but all the staff were working together to keep the line moving smoothly. I inquired about the Pepper Chicken and whether it was spicy. The staff member assured me that it was made with pepper but not spicy, and she was right! However, I did notice that there wasn't much chicken in my serving. On a positive note, the tables and floors were clean.

I was just one of many waiting customers. I was told to wait 5 minutes for my vegetables, but ended up waiting 27 minutes while others were being served. When I asked the cook, Denny, how much longer it would take, he said he had just started cooking. Instead of addressing my concerns, he argued with me. The service was the worst I've experienced, so I decided to leave.
I usually have a good experience here until today May 24, 2022 10:50 am. One of the servers was kenni and i dont know the other one’s name. They both seemed rude and unprofessional. They didnt even fill up the plate when i ordered. Like i said it was my first bad experience here. I hope a manager sees this.
They are not open at 10:00 AM or 10:30 AM, despite what their hours say. If they didn't want to work or had their lunch ready, they could have at least informed me instead of just watching me wait for them to open. It's no wonder they are not prepared.
dirty, tables were tacky, eat old, dry and served wrong eating. No one in there should have had no confusion and mockless. will not be back

Fried rice was not cooked properly. You can still feel the hardness of every single grain. Very very disappointed
