I ordered delivery around 6pm, but unfortunately the order was cancelled right around the time it was supposed to be delivered. It seems like the person responsible for delivering the order should have had it in hand by then, but the cancellation came out of nowhere at 6:40pm. I'm not sure if it was the restaurant's fault or the delivery service's fault. I tried calling the store 8 times from different numbers, but no one answered. When I arrived, there were 3 or 4 people waiting to order and others waiting at the main counter for their orders to be completed. It wasn't until I ordered that I realized there was a hold up. I was looking for the honey walnut shrimp on the menu, but they were out of it and offered me a different dish instead. I agreed to wait for the Broccoli Beef, but it took an additional 5 minutes. It turned out that they had run out of walnuts and decided to substitute a subpar dish without informing me. This felt like a deceptive move on their part. The person in charge's response was unsatisfactory and left me feeling frustrated.
I went to the restaurant hoping to order my favorite Teriyaki bowl and Rangoons. However, when I got home, I realized that I was given egg rolls instead of the Rangoons that I had wanted. I tried to call the restaurant but only received an automated message directing me to their website. It seems that Panda Express does not prioritize customer service, as they may not even see this Google review.
