The restaurant is clean, and the staff is both friendly and professional. I ordered a two-entree dish that came with roasted rice and spring rolls on the side. The food was served hot, and I found the beef dish to be very good, with a bit of a sharp flavor that I enjoyed. The orange chicken was decent as well. If I were to compare it to chain restaurants like Leeann Chin and Hy-Vee, I would rate their food quality as average; however, this restaurant was the most expensive of the three. I didn't include any independent Asian restaurants in my comparison.
I ordered a large box of shrimp, and when it was time to fill it, I was informed that they had to remove some shrimp because there were only 31 pieces included. I found this surprising because 31 shrimp don't actually fill the box, leaving almost a quarter of the space empty. The staff mentioned that the box was "premium," but that didn't clarify why there was such a significant empty space or why there were only 31 pieces. The shrimp tasted good, but I was left dissatisfied with this situation.
The Chinese fast food here is quite decent, and the restaurant itself is clean. However, they seem to have ongoing issues with the ice makers at the soda fountain. While the employees are always apologetic about it and it's not their fault, the management really needs to address this recurring problem. It’s been months since they’ve been consistently operational. There was one day in June when it actually worked, but then a few weeks later, it was broken again!

The customer service was decent, but they were out of two main dishes, and the line took forever to move. It was clear that many of us were frustrated because the employees spent more time talking to each other than helping the team in the back speed things up so we could get served faster. I probably won't return to this location, partly because of this and partly because they didn't have the food I wanted. Overall, quite disappointing.
I usually enjoy the menu at Panda Express. However, on this particular day, the Teriyaki chicken didn’t taste right—it was slightly overcooked and slimy. I drove 15 minutes back to the restaurant to return it. The staff was polite, apologized, and promptly served me a completely new plate. This time, the chicken was cooked more thoroughly, and I didn’t experience the same issue.
This was my first visit, and it was truly a unique experience. It's unlike any other. However, I do wish they had more options available, as about two-thirds of the menu was not offered during my visit. That said, I believe they have a sufficient variety (when fully stocked) to cater to everyone's tastes.
Spent an extra $3 for just half a serving of Honey Walnut Shrimp in the Family Meal, and they also forgot to include an additional A La Carte order. Definitely my last time eating there!
