Panda Express - Reservar una mesa

We like Panda's food but, the service lacks everything. Tonight we placed our orders in the St. Joseph, MO restaurant #1037 and my wife and I ordered String Bean chicken and Sweet Fire chicken our favorites. They didn't have these items up so they called out to the cooks for these items and said order waiting. They dished up the items they had ready, setting them aside on the counter, while we waited. I then paid for the food, the cashier handed me the receipt and turned away saying nothing, showing zero gratitude for my purchase. 14 minutes later as per the time stamp on the receipt we were still waiting for the SB chicken. Ordered from DoorDash. Got the wrong plate order- wrong entrees AND sides. I’ve been ill and I thought could eat some steamed white rice if I couldn’t eat much chicken that I was supposed to get. I got lo me instead of white rice I ordered, and honey sesame chicken instead of orange chicken. Ended up not being able to eat any of my dinner. Stuff happens. I go try to eat a crab Rangoon. When I pull it out it’s already torn in half. Which was basically my last straw because I already couldn’t eat the dinner I ordered and then it looks like they gave me a crab Rangoon someone tried to eat already. You guys should make sure you get your steamed brown rice cooked all the way. My rice was real crunchy today like it was under cooked. Other than that this place is great

Went in at 11:10 am staff seemed flustered. Hardly hadcany entrees only orange chicken and sesamie chicken. Unsatisfactory! Was told they just opened thats why???

Very bad customer service. They messed up a 80$ order. I was told I could not get sweet and sour sause. Told no refunds. I'm beyond mad.
