Had a terrible experience at this location. Stopped and grab dinner for my girlfriend and I on my way home from work and ordered two plates. When I returned home, I noticed that my plate was missing the orange chicken that I had ordered and the noodles were covering it to make it look look like it was there. Then called the location and told them what happened. Horrible customer service. No customer service skills. Ordered 2 plates. 1 plate was missing the broccoli beef. The server did not speak nor understand English. That same server had the worst attitude and looked miserable as if she hates her job. Rude and horrible attitude from the servers and cashier. They all had sour faces. No one greets you. They serve small portions. Barely scooping up anything with the spoon. They're really careful about not filling up your plate. The restroom was always busy with the staff using it. Both times I tried to use the restroom, it was occupied by the staff. The manager or lead needs to step up and take control of the staff and customer service. The fortune...

My boyfriend came there and placed an order he misspoke and when he corrected the waitress/server she proceeded to roll her eyes and when she finished preparing the food she slammed the container shut. Her overall attitude and tone with a paying customer is completely unacceptable. I truly hope that she reconsiders her time being in the customer service industry.

Ordering online was a complete disaster. Their website said confirmed but ordered three times and still no emails to confirm. Then I tried with my card and then it said it couldn’t find the requested items. Never seen a more distinction in ordering online. Avoid this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

Not as appetizing as we expect from this chain. Beef/chicken were tough, and kung pao chicken had a single peanut in it. Plus forgot to include fortune cookies on our delivery.

Place is Decent, the food is on part with some other Panda Express around the area, If you want a quick bite I will recommend this place.

The employees never get the order right. They will pile whatever is left over in your order without asking. Poor Service.
