I want to start by saying that I rated you a 5 for cleanliness; everything was well organized. However, the person who handed me my food was not very friendly. When I asked for a bowl, I also tried to engage her by asking how her day was, but she just looked away and handed me my food without responding. It’s disappointing because I believe that if you work in the restaurant industry, you should at least acknowledge customers when they try to make conversation. I would like to say that I would've gave you guys a 5 the cleanliness everything was organized it was nice setting. But the person who I spoke with who got me my food she said would I like a plate bowl or whatever I said a bowl and then I said how are you doing today and she just looked away and got me my food and didn't want talk . I really had a good experience at this Panda Express in Morrow. I will greeted it very well, in the customer experience was on point. The food was very fresh and tasted really good compared to other Panda Express I visited in the past. It was around lunchtime when I went it wasn't very crowded, and honestly if it was crowded they would have gotten the customers served quickly and efficiently. All in all I would definitely come to this Panda Express again, you should definitely give it a try. This location has renewed my faith in Panda Express. Also one last thing make sure you grab one or two of the spring rolls they are delicious

ordered online to eat at my break. They forced me to wait through the whole thing before I picked up my PAID order. And I had no time to eat. There should be an area to pick up online orders. The employees were very rude. They refused to eat me a single utensils, as I should order some online.
This is the best Panda Express in town! I order from here often and consistently receive excellent customer service and delicious food. Throughout the pandemic, they upheld their high standards by maintaining a safe and clean environment for their customers. I highly recommend this restaurant!
The food here is excellent, but the noodles were a bit bland. It seemed like the portions were smaller this time and the prices have gone up a little. During my last visit, I faced long lines, but the food was still good and the portions were decent, particularly the children's meal.
