If only I could read the reviews about this place, they don't even deserve a 1 star! Stuff are so rude here, Vanessa especially! Cheap owner won't serve cup of water cause it's free, then the bottle of water they supposed to charge is smaller then the regular bottle! Ps the food portions are very small, Even after she put a spoon full, she have to take out some, if you trying to save money, don't even bother to open! Never again!

As an avid fan of panda cuisine, I was really let down by this place! I don’t want to leave harsh criticism, but honestly… I had asked for a larger plate and bowl, and after waiting for a while, they just handed me a regular plate and bowl when I paid for my meal. They also charged me an extra $2.25 for the duck, while the duck plate combo is only a dollar more. Overall, I was left feeling quite frustrated.

Just got done eating my lunch at Panda Express in the Food Court of Citadel Mall. The pros were the same as always great orange chicken and others like broccoli beef. Food was served fairly quickly even though lunch rush is insane. Only problem is, it was cold and stale from sitting out, I think they need to work on keeping it fresh. Their machine that makes the chow mein doesn?t work so well either.

Marilyn and the cashier decided the amount of feed goes on your plate instead of what actually needs to go on your meal. They have a bad attitude and refuse to give me a cup of water. I don't know why the company hires those type of people) worst service ever! Reserva una mesa ahora

The service was very slow; we had to wait 20 minutes. While the server only provided water, the soda machine was working fine. We have two children who were really in need of water. It's disappointing that they charge for water. It was frustrating.

Ordered the three entree plate: kongpao chicken, beef and walnut shrimp. Food tastes good. The walnut shrimp was a bit too sweet. They didn?t have soup yesterday which was a disappointment.

Pretty slow, they never have all the sides just 3-4 choices. Like seriously? TWO stations of Kung pow that's very full is silly. Chow mein can be dry and cashier's can be rude.

I m vegetarian so don't know about food but i visited different places and there are so crowded in all Panda Express either it is in mall food court or in airport Reserva una mesa ahora

I have dined here several times and have consistently enjoyed good service.
