I visited this Panda Express today at 5:15 PM and had a frustrating experience. I didn't receive a receipt, and when I inquired about it, I was told it was in my pocket, which it wasn’t. The order was incorrect, but given that the young woman who took my order was distracted and had to ask me to repeat my order twice, I wasn't shocked. I ordered two bowls of fried rice with orange chicken and a two-item plate with noodles, orange chicken, and Angus beef. Here’s what I ended up with: two bowls of undercooked noodles, four pieces of orange chicken, and a plate with barely cooked noodles, three pieces of beef, and only a few pieces of orange chicken. The website states that the restaurant opens at 10:30 am, but when I arrived, they didn't actually open until 11 am. I waited in line to place my order, but at that time, they didn't have most of the items ready to serve. Orange chicken should definitely be one of the first things prepared, yet here I am still waiting, and it's already 15 minutes past the opening time. Now it’s been 45 minutes since they were supposed to open, and I'm still without food. This situation is honestly ridiculous. To make matters worse, there are five other cars waiting for their orders, some of which didn’t even order the orange chicken. This is unbelievable!
This Panda Express often lacks variety in its menu options, which include chicken, noodles, and drinks. On some days, they only take cash, while on others, they accept only cards or require exact change. Although the line typically moves quickly, the food does not meet expectations for freshness and often tastes stale and dried out. We haven't experienced another Panda Express that is so consistently underwhelming. This location could really improve with better management and quality control.

Some days they only accept cash, while on other days they only take card or require exact change. Despite the long drive-through line, the food usually tastes old and dried out instead of fresh. Panda Express is one of the most poorly managed restaurants I’ve encountered. The doors are often locked, preventing entry. They regularly run out of items on the menu, and when available, technical issues with their computer system frequently prevent them from taking orders. In the evenings, the lights are kept off, creating the misleading impression that the restaurant is closed, even though it remains open. Additionally, online ordering is usually not an option at this location.
On Easter Sunday, I took a group of students from Glenwood, Iowa, and discovered that every restaurant in the area was closed. Luckily, Panda's Drive-Thru was open, and the manager generously let my students use the lobby. Even though they were busy, the staff was friendly and the food was exceptional, arriving faster than we expected. The students were very grateful. Going forward, this will be our preferred stop whenever we're in the area. Thank you, Nelson!
I brought a bus full of students from Glenwood, Iowa, on Easter Sunday, and sadly, every restaurant nearby was closed. Fortunately, Panda Express’s drive-thru was open, and the manager kindly allowed us to use the lobby for my students. Despite being short-staffed and busy, the food was fantastic and served quicker than we expected. My students were very grateful. From now on, this will be our go-to stop whenever we pass through. I get that things are difficult right now, but it was disappointing to find the dining area closed because of staff shortages, leaving only the drive-thru open. Unfortunately, it felt like management was capitalizing on the situation by offering smaller portions for drive-thru orders. It's disappointing to hear that they're dealing with supply chain problems—there's no denying that! However, the food they do offer is always fresh and tasty whenever I visit, so I can't really complain, especially about something outside their control. Keep up the excellent work!
