Panda Express - Reserva de mesa

It is located in the mall . During the lunch time it was busy. They had lot of carry out. So, the waiting time for the people in Panda Express was too long. I ordered Kung pow chicken and beef. For some reason, I did not like the taste. I ate in other Panda Express, loved the taste. They did not open the sitting area for in house dining. The service is slow due to lot of carry out orders. They need more people to get the food ready to shorten the waiting time. Parking is near the entrance . Mild noisy. Hope they improve the taste and service.

You would think that everything in chain restaurants would be the same no matter where you go.... including the portions. I'm not sure if it's because I'm from San Diego and EVERYONE is used to working at a fast pace, but **** this was a ridiculous experience when it really wasn't even THAT busy. I should have gone back and asked for half off my food, since they only gave my HALF my food anyways.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, December 17, 2022. The server initially approached me to take my order but then quickly started chatting with a co-worker and walked away. Another server ended up taking our order instead. Overall, the atmosphere felt quite unwelcoming, and the staff seemed rude. We won't be coming back to this particular Panda Express.

Bad service. Ended up doing an online order a couple weeks ago, for the order to not be in their system when I got there and ended up walking away without any food. I was told I wouldn't be charged if they didn't have my order and I still ended up getting charged. This was a bad first experience with them and I won't shop there again. Reserva una mesa ahora

The line to order food was at least 10 people deep. I just ate the Burrito spot. I couldn't help but notice the line at Panda Express. After eating my Burrito, I tried a Panda Express. OMG!!! It was worth waiting. Customer service wasn't as great as food, but the visit was worth it. I will definitely go back to Panda Express...

RUDE RUDE RIDE HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Long wait time short on staff!! Reminded why I don't eat at panda express they are so rude the service is horrible they're mean and sometimes the food is cold and today they were so rude I wanted to throw my food back at them!!

The food was terrible. The white rice was not fluffy like it always is and the beef and broccoli was soggy. The angus beef tasted burnt. We through most of it away. Want a waste of $40. You well not be seeing me for a long time.

The staff are so professional they also served hot food with a smile, I like team work, that's what Panda Express had, it makes the line run smoothly, Thanks Decatur Illinois, Panda Express Reserva una mesa ahora

Always slow and they fill online orders without acknowledging the customers standing right in front of them. The line usually stretches all the way to Kohl's.

Terrible! Burnt noodles, undercooked fried rice, cold spring rolls. And so expensive!! I'm scared to try my entire honestly
