Out of almost everything at 2:30. Which is fine coming out of lunch. My son ordered teriyaki chicken and they had to make more teriyaki sauce. Took 10 minutes. The sauce tasted more like a thick soy sauce. Not the sweetness that you'd get with teriyaki. My wife and I chose to wait 10 minutes for fresh orange chicken, bejing beef and honey walnut shrimp. And fried rice. The honey walnut shrimp had almost no honey taste. The orange chicken was NOT orange chicken. Very tart and garlicky. The manager tried it and spit it out. This place used to be decent. Nothing spectacular worth noting but holy cow. If you want Panda, go to literally any other location. They are ?out? of 5-6 items every time we go there. Not cups, chop sticks, a sauce. No it?s the freaking entrees. So you?re left with 2-3 to choose from and they still up charge you for that specific entree. I didn?t want it to begin with but our options are so limited. Want egg rolls? Nope. Super Greens? Literally never. Hey, all good. But there?s no ?oh sorry, we?re out. It will be a 5 minute wait?. This location is really struggling. Dining room remains closed so drive-thru is only option. Frequently out of many items, and don't seem to want to prepare anything fresh within an hour of closing. Tonight we arrived in the drive-thru line at 7 pm, wait in line 15 mins, and are told the kitchen closed at 6:30 and all they had left was orange chicken and fried rice... so we left. I understand fast food in general is struggling to find staff, but for some reason this location is having more problems then most.

The drive thru is incredibly slow, the food is good but 50/50 chance they get your order correct. During busy times you can expect to wait 15-30 mins in a line. Typically they only serve one car at a time (order then ring them out then give them the food) while everyone else waits. Cannot figure out how to take consistently take orders to get the line moving. It?s a shame the service ruins the entire experience because the food is delicious.

Huge panda fan. This location did not have enough staff to open the dining room in over 2 years. Hours are always wrong. You never have food. The line in drive-thru (the only way to order) takes about 5 minutes on average (so if there are 10 cars before you, wait 50 minutes) A terrible property. You should really be ashamed of what they're gonna do.

You can not eat so that you can find yourself in a long drive thru line only that they are out of almost everything. At 1:00 a.m. on Sunday they're almost all out. If they set up a sign so that you don't sit 20 minutes, it would be helpful.

Waited for the delivery order and they told my driver that they had already given my order, so they gave it to the wrong person I never got. Had to wait the order after over and hour bc it would not repair it error.

Long wait in the drive thru, as you could not go in to order and from some entrees, but the ones I got were very good for a fast food Chinese place. Would go back, but not to a busy time of the day.

Just came through the ride and the young lady with purple glasses in the window had amazing customer service. She was kind and even made us with a little joke. The food was also hot and ready!
