We had a group order from my office. I ordered orange chicken. It was not orange chicken when I got it, it was supper spicy. So I called them to let them know. They told me I needed a picture and the receipt and had to come in. I am on lunch. They delivered. It was their mess up not sure why they couldn?t just bring me the CORRECT order. So I got no lunch and they did not seem to care they messed up. I love Panda Express, I will use a different location moving forward. Mistakes happen, I was not upset about that, it?s upsetting that I have to prove someone else?s mistake and miss out on lunch. Thanks
Excellent location of this American-style Asian food chain. Fast service, friendly staff and a clean dining room provide a pleasant experience at this outpost of Panda Express. I've been here a few times and I've been getting hot and fresh food all the time. All standard menus are available. I'd like to stop when I'm traveling through Flint on the I-69/I-75 corridor. It is a fairly simple entry and exit of both highways. A solid option for a fast bite in Vehicle City.
I went through the drive thru last night and ordered the orange chicken with rice and fried crab cheese. The rice had no taste and very little of it with my meal. The lo mine was onions and undercooked noodles. What happened to the Veggies? And everything was cold. I'm very disappointed with the $15 I cost. I'm not coming back. China City is worth the ride 100
Eat too sweet and covered with sauce. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and the staff was irritable. Although I'm not ashamed of them. Was $14. I had to eat food because I can't afford it. Don't go here if you want Chinese food. There are much better places for the same price. Maybe not so fast...
