Panda Express - Reservar una mesa

I am giving this place a 5 star the staff is so nice and very quick and always on it. But I give the night manager 0 stars I have seen it many times where TAMMY is so disrespectful to her staff and rude to customers and she always has an attitude. I feel so bad for the staff and I could even feel the tension and uncomfort it even seem as if the staff is scared of her. I hope the company looks into this because nobody should have to work under these circumstances and a manager above all should be the example for her team and show kindness to the customers and always have a happy personality. This by the way is not my first time seeing Tammy be so rude and disrespectful I gave her a chance but...

Wife and I love Chinese food and have eaten at alot of Panda Express locations and We enjoy most of their dishes, Rice and noodles. But we have never experienced A Panda Express that doesn't care about their food. We went into the Laveen Panda Express and ordered 2 of their Orange chicken meals to go and when we got home The 1st thing we noticed was a piece of burnt rice on the outside of the food container. Then we opened it up and it was full of burnt rice How is it possible the employee doesn't notice the rice was burnt! I've never experienced such low Care for the food

delicious as usual. I ordered half pommes rice, other half lo my. honey walnut garnel, bark and brokkoli, teriyaki huhn. everything was perfect. they forgot my huh teriyaki, but I've become black. they have fixed my order immediately without delay. I really appreciate that. I went to home a happy camper. the fresh juice was delicious. my hubby and I had the peach and watermelon

I waited for 30 minutes for black pfeffer chicken, but when it was finished, I had to wait again because they took people after me, so there was no fried rice anymore. no excuse, no discount, no refund. this was the poorest customer service I have experienced in az so far! oh and eating is quite mediocre.

Honestly the worst! I asked for chow mein and got absolutely nothing but veggies, I asked for a raspberry tea and got iced water. Orange chicken was super soggy! THE WORST!!!
