I ordered online for pickup at this location for the first time. The food was prepared quickly, but there was a long line stretching out the entrance. When I reached the pickup area, it seemed like they just selected a soda for me without asking—I found a cup ready next to my order. The manager asked for my name several times and seemed unsure, so I had to confirm my identity. Overall, I probably won't return to this location.

I ordered through Uber Eats and they forgot to include any sauces—hot, soy, or teriyaki. The food tastes very different without them, so I'm really dissatisfied with both Uber Eats and Panda Express. That's why I'm giving them one star.

This place suckss, every time we order food online from this place, we wait for at least an hour, supposedly the are making the food and by the time that supposedly someone is picking it up, they end up canceling my order!
