Panda Express - Reservar una mesa

I have been a patron of Panda Express for two decades, but tonight was the worst experience I experienced. From the moment we went in the door, we were greeted by an rude and unfriendly employee who I suspect was the manager in service as she was dressed in black. My wife had to repeat three times for her order, as the employee never looked up and in an annoyed and disturbed tone had the same question, while she did not even hear everything we said in response. After she had finally thrown up the food, she has advised a number of quick questions in an extremely rude tone robotically, then our food was thrown on a tray and then wandered away. There were five employees there, all standing in the back office, completely ignored us how they talked to each other. We were waiting in the register and waiting for our food to get cold. Can anyone help us get our food? They all ignored us and didn't even hear us. The five employees were less than 12 feet away. I literally started screaming in a louder voice hallo, hallo, and nobody would even look up. The five employees always talked to each other. I finally screamed, will you help us? The original brunette females went over and rudely said without looking someone will stand you up. There was no one else in business except a bigger girl dressed in Pyjama type clothes, which obviously worked a friend of the staff. I lost it at this point and just said you can just put this order on the butt. The employee answered, yes, the same to you! When we started, the big girl in the dining area started screaming that she can't believe I told her. I said why don't you just think about your own business. Then the employee said behind the counter, you have to go or I'll call the police. I said call her. I said I'm just gonna let my neighbor come here because he's a police officer with the local police department. Then she said that's a threat? I said yes, because he's in law enforcement and you're acting like idiots. I was beyond myself after I just went into this business to order food with my wife, I had done nothing wrong, but now I am in a screaming game with a person who is obviously a friend of the rude staff behind the counter. She's just hanging out in business. There were no other customers throughout the place. What a nightmare for a culinary experience. I would urgently avoid this fast food restaurant. I think here too, a call to the AZ food inspector is urgently needed. Panda Express must be a terrible place to work because I have never seen such employees in a business. Too bad for the owners of this company.

After visiting this store last month and receiving an incorrect order that looked like leftover entree remnants thrown together I received an apology and a gift card to try again. Went there tonight at the heart of dinner rush and the unsanitary handling and placing of food, crew incompetence due to inattention to detail and non communication, eventually forced me to leave after waiting 20 minutes.

bro I come at least 3 times a week and it is always amazing my favorite staff is Bryson he should be a manager tbh and get a fat increase. Once I said my food was cold and he rubbed his hands in it to warm it up. very tasty and salty. recommend to go with friends so you can cuddle in the baths because they are very cold

Almost perfect. Yes, I order a 'plate' here and get them in foam and in a bag. I wish they just gave me the foam, okay. Truly, but I could only mostly understand the questions, and my hearing is not great, it is only sometimes busy. But, but the food is great as usual, I'll be back and forth.

I came on a busy Friday night, the line was out of the door and the only visible employee was Brighton somehow cheerful dishes, chow my, and check customers basically at the same time. Looks like a flash scene. Would recommend.
