Panda Express - Reservar una mesa

I ordered the same order I do every time I go to panda, at least 300+ times in my life. This time the boy at the counter was trying to tell me that an eggroll is not a side that it Hass to be charged extra. I asked for the manager as I wasn't paying $12 for a regular plate. She finally understood what he did wrong and gave me a double portion of orange chicken. She then instructed them to put Half of my chicken back into the serving platter. After waiting an extra five minutes for her to arrive and correct the situation I asked why she couldn't have just left it in there instead of contaminating the rest of the food. The quality at this restaurant is very inconsistent, more so than most Panda Express locations. The staff is often short and bordering on rude, and they make it difficult for customers to request any condiments. Whether you dine in or go through the drive-thru, the experience is always the same. It's frustrating to spend money on a basic plate of fast Chinese food and struggle to get more than one small packet of sauce. If there was another location nearby, I would go there instead. I hope they bring in new management soon. My complaints to the current management have been dismissed, making me feel like they don't take customer feedback seriously.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. We arrived at the drive-thru just before 9pm and they only had orange chicken and white rice available. Considering that the restaurant is supposed to be open until 9:30pm, this level of service is unacceptable. Either serve a full menu or adjust your operating hours accordingly.

The food was hot and fresh, but they were out of several menu options, including tea, around 8:15 at night. The staff was apologetic, and I understand that times are tough, but it was disappointing.

huge disappointment with the food quality this image should be a double serving of bark meat and broccoli tiny part of the meat with a huge serving of broccooli, which I was not worth at all.
