Panda Express - Reserva de mesa

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service from Kayla was terrible and the food was not good at all. It was dry, soggy, and clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect as it had beef and broccoli when I had only ordered honey walnut shrimp and sweet fire chicken. This used to be a great Panda Express location, but it has since gone downhill. I tried calling to complain about my meal, but was unable to reach anyone. Despite this location being closer to me, I will make the effort to drive to the countryside location where the service is excellent and the food is of high quality without having to make special requests.

Terrible service by Luis and Bree, I was ordering at drive through, I had gotten everything but my two teas, I saw their name tags and Luis had pulled Bree aside and I waited a good 30 minutes to see if they would give me my drinks, till a girl had noticed and gave me my two teas.

always from objects and long wait. It used to be good, but it got nightmare. they should open at 10:30 a.m., but nothing is ready to work so slowly by 11:30 a.m. and not kind at all. they always talk and laugh together as they celebrate

I found a long hair in my food, and this is not the first time it has happened. Please remember to wear hair nets while working in the kitchen. It was very unappetizing.

the tables were not cleaned and the food looked out and tasted as if it were old. for this chain, which one of my favorite restaurants was this invite not to par!

The person who prepared the Angus steak on the night of 7/24 deserves a big pat on the back. It was amazing. The service from Celeste was also very sweet.
