Panda Express - Reserva de mesa

Rarely do they get an order right. Not sure why I keep giving them chance after chance. Won’t be back to the Debbie/Matlock location after this time. We ordered a triple (bigger) plate of string bean chicken with steamed white rice and this is what we got. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she asked for the order number which can’t be read.It’s worth the extra drive time to just go to to the location off of 287/Walnut Creek in Mansfield.

He waited 35 minutes just to say they don't have my order. In fact, they had no food, they had noodles and rice and that's it. The three cars waiting in front of me went out without food, thought they pulled before me. Three employees stood there and nobody could come out and tell anyone they were out of the food. The boy gave me free rice and noodles, offered free drinks. He was nice, but it's not right.

I love the service is always fast, food is fresh, and people are friendly. Unfortunately, every time we place an order online, they give us the wrong food, but we don't have this problem through the Drive-Thru. The only improvement I would suggest is to change the menu more often. The one highlighted article in the month is great, but I would like to see the other main options changed.

There were about 8 staff members, but I still had to wait around 15 minutes in line behind just two people. After finally reaching the front, I was told that the noodles were not available. This experience was very disappointing and the service was terrible. I will make an effort to avoid this location in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora

I waited for 10 mins for my fried rice and then when they came out to finally give me my food my order was wrong.. and when they finally came back they forgot all of my sauces that i asked for.. also this is what my teriyaki chicken looked like smh very disappointed.

Worst panda location ever, soooooo worth it to go to any other location then this one. I also work in the food industry and these workers here are beyond rude. Never coming to this place again this was the last chance

Do not bother visiting this restaurant. They are always out of something, and they never have soy sauce. It seems like they are intentionally not ordering it.

Worse experience last night! My brown rice was hard. My teriyaki chicken was chewing and tasted old! Stop hiring people who don't care.

Consistently good on the veggies, shrimp dishes. The orange chicken is great when fresh..
