This Panda Express location is pretty standard, with a couple of standout features. On the positive side, there are outdoor seating options as well as plenty of indoor seating. However, the layout of the restaurant is not ideal for a quick lunch break. The ordering area is only a few steps from the entrance, leading to long lines that can extend out the door after just a few customers. The food was typical of other Panda Express locations, with a clean environment and busy staff. Unfortunately, they were out of forks during my visit, which was disappointing. The restaurant is very slow, with slow workers. They should either hire more staff or consider closing the dine-in option or online orders. They are unable to handle the current capacity. If you're on a lunch break, avoid this place as you'll have to wait at least 40 minutes to order and receive your food. The food sits in containers for an additional 10 minutes before you can pay, making it cold by the time you eat. They should assign one employee for online orders and another for in-store customers to improve efficiency. The restaurant's current system is poorly organized.

The restaurant was busier than normal, but the service was still quick and the food was fresh. The dining area was clean, but there was limited parking and no drive-thru available. However, online orders were efficiently processed. All food handling workers wore masks properly, although the manager did not. One downside was that customers received their orders in styrofoam plates and plastic bags, which seemed like unnecessary environmental waste.

eating at the location of sandy springs was the worst I ever had. the rice was pinned and tasted not only bland, but old. the honeymoons were so tender and drowned with nothing but syrup. the low mine was understated until then that it was still crispy. almost $50 wasted - each eating tasted like a mule. This location is iffy.. sometimes they have food sometimes they don’t. The rice seems to be recooked sometimes and depending on the worker the portions vary. Best times to go is soon as they open other than that the food and food choice options are below standard. I see this location closing just everything else in this plaza

Panda Express is great but it gets busy and i was actually handed the wrong order one time, i would wait till they get less busy to order takeout from them. We’re all human, but it is a job

Staff was very friendly but flavors are to commercialized to actually get a really good meal Its not an employee issue I guess its what comes along with franchising.

The Pepper Chicken was pretty good BUT the Rice, I think they forgot to cook it.
