Vegetarian here! I'm always looking out for yummy options for me. Panda West has good options. My favorite at this restaurant is General Tso's Tofu. I ordered mild spice, but they can adjust the spice level if asked. One drawback I have is that the restaurant normally get orders to go, but I wanted to dine in. The restaurant was dark inside and the A/C wasn't turned on. They adjusted when requested, but it felt awkward for me to ask in the first place. Overall, the food was tasty and filling.
The vegetarian options here are amazing. I ordered the vegetable fried rice along with snow peas and chestnuts, and both were prepared exactly as I requested. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly polite, and I appreciated her noting that I arrived before the 11 AM opening time; she kindly informed me that the restaurant opens at 10:30 AM. My food was prepared quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant!
This is my favorite place to get feel good Chinese food. I have since moved out of state, but recently went there and ordered my favorites for the ride back to my new home because I haven't been able to find a place here that I like quite as much. Their Singapore Noodles are great. If you ask for spicy, they don't hold back. My other go-tos are Shrimp Fried Rice and Combination Lo Mein. They have to hold me for the next couple of days. But it is comfy food.
They have the best fried rice ever!! I like mine with vegetables. I've been coming here for years since I was working at Capital One back in 2013 and a coworker brought me here. Every time I'm in laurel I will get some to bring back with me back home. Never a long a wait for your food literally. They go above and beyond. Always large portions. Always friendly and nice. delicious food and great service, and especially great options for vegan and vegetarian. I ordered moo shu vegetables and broccoli with garlic sauce that I asked to be adjusted with fried tofu. everything was great! the portions were generous and the taste excellent. if you are looking for excellent Chinese food and friendly service, continue to drive to panda west!
I ordered food here because of all the 5 star reviews. I ordered Orange Chicken. There's no way it was made on site. Hard coating and Chicken was chewy. My conclusion is it was frozen Orange Chicken from an Aldi, etc. Prove me wrong Panda West. Eat elsewhere.
The food is actually pretty decent but, I ordered sweet and sour chicken take out and was eating and the meal was half chicken and half shrimp, to which I am allergic. I may be a return customer but I may not.
My friend really enjoys this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try. The noodles were good, but the wontons were too difficult to eat, and the rangoons were stale and tough, which made my jaw hurt. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is my favorite spot for Chinese food in Laurel! I really appreciate the variety of vegan options available, and their fries are absolutely delicious! The owner and staff are also very friendly.
