Paneantico, can you please stop selling me stale lemon cookies? I'm not sure what the issue is, but I’d say about 90% of the time I buy them, I get home to find that they're rock hard and crumble apart. The food here is decent, but the prices are on the higher side—$20 or more for just six small pieces of BBQ ribs and $13 for a 4x6 piece of lasagna. I do appreciate the Italian pastries and the traditional holiday items, though. The cashiers seem to change frequently, resulting in inconsistent and sometimes chaotic service. But seriously, please do something about those stale cookies! *sigh*

The sandwiches and heroes are very good to great But it depends who is preparing it . I go when I am definitely not in a hurry because this place can be very busy and they are slow and take their time . They only have one register to pay this is an inconvenience for this reason everyone huddles around waiting to pay as the staff do their very best to take care of the customers But again it can be very crowded . Food is Good to Great . To my surprise regular coffee can be terrible . But Paneantico is still a Gem .

Great sandwiches! Had some food catered. Artisan bread which was soft, absorbing, yet still had a crunch on the outside. I tried two sandwiches. One sandwich had mozzarella, mushrooms, and roasted peppers. The other had prosciutto, capicola, arugula, mozzarella, and sun dried tomatoes. Both were fantastic! Drizzled with just a little oil to make it a bit more savory. I was quite surprised to have such great sandwiches from a bakery.

Panteantico is a bakery and cafe with a wide selection of high-quality breads, cookies, cakes, pies, tarts and other pastries as well as prepared foods, deli meats and espresso drinks. They make great sandwiches. The ambiance is cramped inside with a nice outdoor area. The service is not great, but it does not seem to matter. I absolutely love this bakery! They offer an amazing variety of items—pretty much anything you can think of. From my experience, both breakfast and lunch options are fantastic, and the service is very fast. You HAVE to try the chocolate bagels, whether plain or as a sandwich; they're delicious! Many of my friends also come here for the muffins. The atmosphere is wonderful too!

A Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, institution. It is part bakery and part restaurant, with a Sicilian- Italian- New York menu and an unique “neighborhood” feel. The food is always delicious. Their breakfasts are amongst the best I have ever had. Service is friendly and quick. It grows on you and has a large number of faithful regulars. Highly recommended.

Low frills kinda place. Gets packed during lunch. Sandwiches are generously portioned and every table around us was taking about half to go. The cheesecake is super fluffy. Large salad was actually LARGE. If you're in the area I reccomend giving this place a try. Everyone in the neighborhood seems to know the place well.

The traditional cherry pie is absolutely delightful! Please don’t add more sugar, as the current recipe strikes a perfect balance and tastes incredible. It’s refreshing to enjoy the pie without an overpowering sweetness. The ingredients are top-notch and truly deliver a homemade quality. I highly recommend it! Reserva una mesa ahora

Extremely good sandwiches. Great cakes, cookies and pastries. My only complaint when eating there is the service needs improvement. The waitresses always seem overwhelmed even when the place is not crowded. It could be due to lack of supervision but for such a good place the customers should receive better.

One of the best bakeries in Brooklyn. Consistently reliable quality. Some of the best cookies and pastries you can get. Rainbow cookies are perfection. Amazing spot for lunch and bricken oven bread sandwiches of any kind.
