Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

Had a great panera bread experience here at brockton place was very clean, food was great, and had great service. Came with a friend and ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich with a fruit bowl and an iced tea. Decent sandwich 3/5 and healthy fruit to go along with it. Staff was super friendly and made great conversation when we were looking at the pastries. Convenietly close to medical centers and makes a great place to eat on a lunch break

The guy that worked the cashier this morning was amazing!!! He tended to me very well. He was very well mannered and welcoming. Making sure he communicated the process of my large order. Even taking it upon himself to bring me my food even tho it was takeout. You guys should allow the cashiers to start taking tips. He did an amazing job. More employees like him would make thislocation the go to store????

The food has gone from bad to disgusting. I’ve had enough; this isn’t just a one-time issue—it's consistent across this location and others. The food doesn't taste fresh at all and is not cheap either. It’s really disappointing. Today, on 05/13/22, they even put ice on my bananas and strawberries—take a look at the picture for yourself.

This café was fantastic! The service was great, and the cashier was very friendly. She was incredibly helpful with the menu and took the time to explain everything we inquired about. Great friendly service and a wide variety of delicious baked goods and lunch options to choose from. One of my favorite spots for breakfast and lunch, especially now that the French Onion Soup is back on the menu! I just wish they would bring back the poppy seed bagels—I love those!

Sometimes the staff can be fantastic, but other times not so much. My biggest complaint is with the servers; they often speak so softly that you can't hear them, and they don’t even inform you when your order is ready, even when you’re standing right in front of them.

Friday it was very busy. I believe it was 1/2 day at school. The manager was running around helping out where ever he could. He even brought my soup to my table! Good job I always order on my phone and pick up or drive thru. So convenient

The chicken wrap was barely warm, and I found it difficult to locate a clean table. There were crumbs scattered all over the tables and chairs, so I had to wipe them down myself. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great service and extremely friendly staff. This was the best lunch I've had at any Panera in quite some time. Everything was fresh and expertly prepared.
