Panera Bread - Reservar una mesa

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Brockton. The place was very clean, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I went with a friend and we ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich along with an upper shell dessert and some ice cream. The sandwich was decent, so I’d rate it 3 out of 5, but it came with healthy fruit, which was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaged in a lovely conversation while we browsed the baked goods. It’s conveniently located near medical centers, making it a great spot for a lunch break.

In the afternoon a bacon turkey bravo is the same as it's always been. The bomb. One of my favorite sandwiches. I order one at night and not every time but twice now it's a skimpy ass thin sliced bread sandwich with the wrong cheese one piece of bacon and no pickle. It doesn't even taste the same. I just paid twelve dollars for a meal that only made me more hungry. Whoever's putting them in a box not a bag at night sucks.

The guy that worked the cashier this morning was amazing!!! He tended to me very well. He was very well mannered and welcoming. Making sure he communicated the process of my large order. Even taking it upon himself to bring me my food even tho it was takeout. You guys should allow the cashiers to start taking tips. He did an amazing job. More employees like him would make thislocation the go to store????

The food has gone from bad to disgusting. I’ve had enough; this isn’t just a one-time issue—it's consistent across this location and others. The food doesn't taste fresh at all and is not cheap either. It’s really disappointing. Today, on 05/13/22, they even put ice on my bananas and strawberries—take a look at the picture for yourself.

The food it’s just getting Bad to Disgusting, I had enough, It’s not a one time thing this location and Others location, food not tasting nothing fresh tasting damage… not cheap no good… sad. After some time today 05/13/22 they put ice on my bananas strawberries see the picture your self….

Sometimes the staff can be fantastic, but other times not so much. My biggest complaint is with the servers; they often speak so softly that you can't hear them, and they don’t even inform you when your order is ready, even when you’re standing right in front of them.

This café was incredible! The service was friendly, and the cashier was very helpful with the menu. She explained everything we asked about. The dining area was clean, and we had a great place to sit. We will definitely be back soon!

The chicken wrap was barely warm, and I found it difficult to locate a clean table. There were crumbs scattered all over the tables and chairs, so I had to wipe them down myself.

The service was quick and the staff was very friendly. This was the best lunch I've had at any Panera in a long time. Everything was fresh and absolutely perfect.
