I wish I could give them zero stars, but that option doesn’t exist. The Panera Bread on Route 44 in Raynham takes your order online, but when you arrive to pick it up, they’re out of bread, cilantro, black beans, corn salsa, most soups, and more. Despite missing so many items, they’re happy to charge full price for a partial order. I also witnessed a customer inside trying to place an order, only for the employees behind the counter to argue with her and cause a scene—all she wanted was some soup to take home to her sick husband and daughter. I can assure you, I will NEVER return to this location, and I’m giving away my gift cards to anyone who can use them.
I went to pick up an order and ended up waiting a long time without being notified that my order was ready. I even spoke to an employee but didn’t get a response. One employee was particularly rude to another customer; instead of handing her the beverage, he just walked away and told her to grab it from the shelf herself. I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I thought it would be helpful to share my experience so that others can avoid a similar situation.
I love working at Panera and often come to this location. It’s one of the best Panera Bread spots I’ve experienced. The space is consistently spotless, and the team is friendly and attentive. The manager regularly makes rounds, engaging warmly with both customers and staff, showing a lot of patience and kindness. The food and coffee are always fresh, making this place a real blessing for remote workers like me!
They offer only sandwiches, soups, and desserts, but their selection is truly impressive. The mac and cheese is hands down the best I've ever had, and I can't say I've tried a sandwich I didn't at least like. However, the Frontega chicken really stands out to me above all the others.

The food is good and reasonably priced for the quality you receive. The wait time was acceptable, although there were only a few customers around. The staff were very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be working there, which is refreshing and definitely worth noting.
No real deep complaints. The food was sufficient enough, but not as flavorful as I remember. The customer service was pleasant, and I will return to this location.
I used to love Panera, but it seems their quality has gone way, way downhill. Very disappointed the last few times I ate here.For the money I expect much more.
