Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

Was not greeted by not only 1 but 3 employees when my boyfriend and I walked in and then stood at the register. 1 employee was standing there from the moment we walked in and watched us walk to the register and never said a word. Then 2 other employees, 1 walks to another register and the 2nd walks by the register area and neither says anything! Not only were we NOT spoken to but stood directly in front of these 3 individuals couldn’t even get ACKNOWLEDGED to place an order. My boyfriend and I both looked at eachother and decided not to continue to be disrespected and waste any more time. We arrived around 7:10..7:20pm 3/29/2022. Haven’t been to a Panera in years and I was just reminded why....

in a very nice person, but when it comes to this disc bread, I will be very mean. I'm sorry, but I ordered my disc-brot 3 hours ago and they know when I got it. I didn't get my freaking bread tonight and when it comes to eating, I can get a little scared. you have made me scream in my kiss (so I wouldn't wake the dog, you know). I'm sorry, but I called like two times, and I just tried to get my shrub, but you didn't move. customer service here is 0/100, but this hit has set me a star I personally do not believe it deserves at all. overall I don't have this experience a little bit tiny, itty bitty bitty. thank you for the comforts you made me.

I asked them not to put the pork on my order, i purchased chicken sandwich and asked to make sure that they wont add pork. i am muslim, i cannot pork and also I am pregnant, and i get dizzy eating most of the types of the food. At the end panera bread ended up giving me with pork and I realized it when i was on my way back home while driving! When i had to stop on shoulders of highway because i felt sick and wanted to vomit... panera bread, please be attentive while taking orders. I still cannot feel good after that

I was a bit hesitant to try this new location since I’m not very familiar with it. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Although they forgot to apply my rewards (I reminded them, and they were very nice about it), and they also forgot to give me the butter I requested, the food was hot and tasted great. The broth was particularly fresh and flavorful! Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and will definitely return in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora

Picked up an online order to get back to work to open this up. The picture doesn’t show to well but there’s def a lot of pink for what’s supposed to be a chicken sandwich. Called 5 times no one picked up to get my money back. SMH too bad my lunch is only 30 mins if not I’d def go back! Please don’t order from here!!!!!!

Staff is always very nice when you go in. Someone always says Hello. Food was good. I had a Turkey Bacon Bravo and Chicken Rice Soup. Could have used a little more turkey, but still tasty none the less. Never leave without a chocolate chip cookie. Yummmm.

I enjoy eating out, but honestly, the portion sizes are much smaller than they used to be. Did that happen because I made my own choices? I've heard that some restaurants do that.

The only issue is they never get my wholle order correct. I often forget to check my order but if I pay they should get the order correct when my order is $50 ;most offen Reserva una mesa ahora

Panera never disappoints. Was there for lunch. Service quick and efficient, food delicious. Staff friendly. All around excellent experience.

The Wi-Fi is currently down and won't be restored for a day, but there is a good Xfinity hotspot available for Comcast customers.
