I can see by other reviews that I'm not the only one who has had a problem with orders not being accurate. I understand there's an issue with trying to find decent help but come on, really? How hard is it to get an order correct? It's not rocket science...With the amount of money Panera charges the least you could do is make sure people are getting what they ask for. Usually 1 out of 5 orders will usually be correct but the majority are missing items that were added and paid for as extras or even as simple as the free extras are usually missing as well.This is exactly why I do not support minimum wage increase for fast food work! It's already a problem and it will only get worse as employees...

The ingredients here are fresh, but be prepared to spend quite a bit. The food is excellent, but the prices can be steep. The bread is of very high quality, which is fitting for a place called Panera Bread. The soup is great, and the mac and cheese is also a highlight. I haven’t tried the bagels in person, but I’ve heard good things about them. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was notably fast, even though they mentioned they were understaffed. One thing to note is that no masks are required; I wasn't informed that I needed to wear one, and none of the other customers were wearing them either.

Update: Had another great experience! One of the sandwiches in my order but the managers were absolutely fantastic and made up for it and some. This place has the nicest and most genuine staff. Love it here!Original: Had a beautiful experience thanks to the most kind and helpful cashier named Amila I believe was how to spell her name. I have always enjoyed Panera but it is connecting with such a beautiful soul that really enhanced the experience. So much appreciation for bringing more love and light into my day. Employees prepping the food we’re talking about how “people get ripped off from this place. $15 for a pizza and it has two tomatoes on it”You know it’s bad when a employee is talking about how bad the place is. She was also discussing absolutely inappropriate things with her coworker in front of my four year old. Complaint doesn’t even cut it. Needs new management and better staff. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm so over this place! I'll be in business at 6:30 a.m. in the morning, and I can't tell them how many times I went into this facility, and they don't have the kind they sell. of soufflés over brot, coffee, biscuits, two things like half and half. Every time I go, there's something they don't have, and they just pretend to be normal. I got it over here.

The line was super long at lunch, but then they figured out to add 2 more cashiers to speed up the process. The food was delicious and came super fresh. The fruit in my salad was crisp and lovely. This location doesn't have a drive through but would have really been nice. It does have plenty of seating indoor and out though.

I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich they featured on TV, but the one I received was far less appealing than what was shown. I paid over $10 for it and was very disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be returning. I hope their soup hasn't changed, though. Food rating: 3/5.

11 dollars for this tiny salad with No chicken. That's as much as sweet green with no protein and it's crazy small. Staff was super nice but I could not believe how much it came out to be ? not worth the cost

Definitely love Panera, but they need to clean the floors, and restrooms. Management and employees need to pay attention to detail especially in cleanliness of the place, it says a lot about the team.
