Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

Stood for Rapid Pick-Up counter for 35 minutes after ordering as they ignored my order of 4 simple sandwiches. Watched as 8 later orders came and went, my name was still on the board. Gently asked if it was coming up soon she just pointed to the nameboard and said it's still up. (Duh, I'm aware! Finally received my order, returned to my waiting family and got the highway,only to find sandwiches were not made to order and no pickles included. It was indeed a busy time but there's no way 8 ordersthat came after me (many of them assembled and cooked and mine was 2 colds 2 hots, the 2 hots being 2 pieces of cheese and 2pieces of bread to make 2 simple grilled cheeses should have left before me w...

Was in for lunch with my family couple days ago. Salad was rotten, had the Fuji apple salad and the lettuce was old and slimy. Went in bathroom with my toddler and both stalls/seats had tons of pee on top of them. Also an employee kept belting out a songvery loudly. And a either a patron or employee was in booth next to us listening to music on phone without headphones. Nope,won?t be coming here again. Ever! Go to the location in south Windsor if you are with your family trying to have a nice timebecause Panera is not cheap anymore.

The food is generally good, with some items standing out more than others. Their breakfast sandwiches and baked goods are especially tasty. The sandwiches and soups are decent, although a few offerings, like the flatbread pizza, don't quite fit with the Panera vibe. The beverages are excellent, particularly the charged options, but keep in mind they contain a lot of caffeine. The staff is mostly friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant, though it can be a bit bustling for a relaxed dining experience.

The food was excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. However, I did notice that some of the female staff members in the pickup area were discussing uncircumcised Caribbean penises, which made the woman behind me a bit uncomfortable. It was quite bold of them to talk about that while serving food! Despite that, I’m giving it a 5-star rating—hilarious experience! Reserva una mesa ahora

They need more vegetarian options. The vegetarian options are very limited to maybe 4 or 5 menu items for the meals (not including bread and bakery items obviously) the resturant was very clean which was nice and although it was busy it was large so it was easy to find a spot to sit

I’ve always enjoyed eating at Panera, however the prices keep spiraling up, costing $25 for two half sandwiches and cups of soups. Cookies are now $4! For the price before tips there are more options, but their cheddar soup is delightful . Also took quite a while to get food

The service was slow and disorganized. The portion sizes for the price are unreasonable—I ended up with more bread than mac and cheese! This experience reminds me why I don’t come here often.

The tomato soup I thought it was going to be better but no there is a place in Mexico call Italianis the bred tomato soup is really good Reserva una mesa ahora

The location is fantastic, and the soups are delicious. However, the half sandwich I ordered was more like a quarter.

The wait was definitely worth it! I ordered the baker's dozen of bagels.
