I waited at the Rapid Pick-Up counter for 35 minutes after ordering four simple sandwiches, but my order was ignored. I watched as eight orders placed after mine were completed and picked up, yet my name remained on the board. When I politely asked if my order was coming soon, the staff just pointed to the board and said it was still waiting—obviously, I could see that. When I finally received my sandwiches and returned to my family, I realized they were not made to order and were missing pickles. Last night, while I was dining at the Panera on Deming St., the power suddenly went out. It was off for a few minutes, came back briefly, then went off again for about 7 to 10 minutes. I was really impressed with how the staff handled the situation. Everyone stayed calm, and diners continued their meals and conversations in the dim light. The team behind the counter used their cell phones as makeshift lights to fulfill the orders that had already been placed. As a thoughtful gesture, the staff offered a cookie to anyone who decided to leave due to the inconvenience. Great job, Panera! I really love this location!
I used the app to order curbside ahead, and when I arrived I selected 'I 'm here ' on the app. I waited 15 minutes before going in to find my food waiting on an unattended counter. My receipt was showing making it easy to find, but my car make and color was included for pickup instructions. This was a little unsettling, and frustrating that the option of curbside was selected but my order waited. Next time I 'll order ahead but pick up indoors.
I frequently dine at this restaurant and I prefer ordering from the kiosk because it helps me avoid the lines and receive my order more quickly. Additionally, I can personalize my meal to my liking without the risk of errors from the cashier. The food is amazing! I definitely recommend the Southwest salad, but make sure to customize it by leaving out the feta—I'm really not a fan of it at all!

I’d like to give Deming St Panera a huge shout out for outstanding customer service! Catherine the manager was very good to me yesterday when my order was missing an item and Maggie so graciously refunded my order today when my son put the order in to the wrong Panera. Thank you both for your kindness and outstanding customer service from a very appreciative customer!
I’ve always enjoyed eating at Panera, however the prices keep spiraling up, costing $25 for two half sandwiches and cups of soups. Cookies are now $4! For the price before tips there are more options, but their cheddar soup is delightful . Also took quite a while to get food
We had one of the best experiences at Panera Bread in years! The service was quick, the food was prepared perfectly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, with clean tables. Thank you!
The tomato soup I thought it was going to be better but no there is a place in Mexico call Italianis the bred tomato soup is really good
