I’ve ordered from this location numerous of times either via doordash or Uber eats. Never a problem with delivery , however. Every time I called up there to ask for additional dressing and modification for my drink ITS NEVER done ! Instead the current manager at the store rushed me off the phone and said she would make sure my things would be changed since there’s no way of doing so on the app. She also stated there is no way for her to make her a note so therefore nothing was forgotten. When in fact I’ve ordered from other locations and they’re able to print my receipt and write a simple note. Disappointed in the lack of common sense, or the weasel trained decision making. I walked into this location and politely ordered a Bagel Pack (13 bagels two tubs). I also tipped two dollars prior to receiving my order, because I asked for them to be sliced. My only caveat was, Please, nothing with raisins. I arrived at my office and realized despite the store having all advertised flavors behind the counter the employee only gave me plain, cinnamon, and asiago.Are these your lowest cost offering? Leon the cashier was fantastic. Super friendly and was patient when my gift cards were not working. However, from one general manager to what I assume was the general manager at this location (older gentleman folding catering boxes). Openly talking on the phone about your boss and how you don't like him getting on you for the little things, happens to be one of the little things. I am appalled that management was on their phone in the front of house openly talking about their boss and how it's not their fault that I.T. won't come out or that something is broken. There is a time and place and that was neither of them.
I ordered at 1024am to pick up at drive thru for 1050am. I get in the line like 1045 which it was long . I get to intercom and she like it’s not ready yet but by time Yu pull up to window it will be . I get my order . The bagel is cold as hell . My latte has no whip cream or it’s obviously was made early and just sat . Meanwhile they did not toast or slice my bagel . So why was the order not ready ?? y’all had mad time. I just had to keep it moving i got my baby n car right now .

My experience was terrible, this place is so dirty they need to hire new people who work better… I didn’t even want to sit down because of how FILTHY it was! I’ve been coming here a few months and the only times this place looked good was when that young Hispanic female named Eileen was at the front. I have not seen her recently but I hope to see her back soon. These new employees sit on their phones while they should be worried about the dirty dining area
Went there to meet up with an old friend that I haven't seen for a while. They allowed us to sit there and talk for as long as we felt like without buying anything, which was about 45 minutes, without hassling us to buy something or leave. Before leaving I did buy their sourdough bread bowls which are great for filling with summertime salads for a quick and easy family dinner.
The wait was a little long they only had two persons working the front where you place your order the weight to get my food wasn't bad but they could improve on the time that it takes them to prepare the meal and get it to the front for you to pick up your food everything I purchased tasted good and I would buy it
This use to be my favorite spot until today. After waiting over 15 mins behind 1 car in the drive thru, I went inside to get my food…. The lady w/ drive thru headset was clueless and there was a string sour smell in the restaurant.I just left and will never return!!!!
