I'm done with this place. Never again. Don't even think of ordering anything to be delivered. For the 2nd time, (We are on the 2nd floor of a large office building downtown Naperville), we ordered smoothies and hot soup to be delivered. But for the 2nd time whoever brought our order just placed it at the main entrance of our building on the first floor. How in the world would I know (our 2nd floor suite number is on our order) where it was placed and when. We were never notified. So finally we happened to be walking down to the main entrance and there it was, over an hour after it was dropped off. The Smoothies melted and the soup cold. What a complete joke. We have been trying to call them...

I placed a delivery order, which was quite simple. However, when my order arrived, I didn't receive any utensils as promised. Additionally, the bowl of soup I ordered was underfilled and completely missing the pumpkin seeds I paid extra for. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or if my soup was eaten with the missing spoon. To make matters worse, the soup wasn't even hot, and the restaurant is only 0.5 miles away. I'm feeling hungry and disappointed. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times from different phones, but no one answered. The service has been very poor. Went here with my dad after going to the Naperville settlement, and I ordered a Grilled cheese with the crusts cut off. The only change to that order was no crusts. Sounds easy, right? In LaGrange, Yorkville, and other Panera locations they can do it. Nope, not this one! My dad overheard them saying in the kitchen “she wants the crusts cut off!”, “she’s obviously not from around here”, and more. The manager was a jerk about it, grabbing my sandwich and tearing the crusts off with her bear hands. Thanks, Max! Panera always was a little pricey but you use to walk away from a lunch or dinner with a satisfied feeling that you spent your money well. Now you walk away feeling ripped off. I picked two and received a two swallow bowl of broth with 3 noodles, one piece of chicken and one carrot. Yes I counted. The sandwich was 3 bites and they charge over $10?! Panera is not worth it! They need to rethink what they offer to their customers. I do not mind paying for a meal but not a meal that leaves not only my pocketbook empty but my stomach as well! Reserva una mesa ahora

Panera is great. This location, not so much. Food is a hit or miss. Depends on how the person who prepares your meal is feeling. Dine in: Staff is not friendly and generally not happy to see you as they are busy with drive-thru and online orders. You going inside only makes them give you dirty looks. Order online or go use the drive-thru if you don 't want hostile treatment. I probably won 't dine-in again at this location. Their staff is most likely happier now. Thank God, one less dine-in !

This Panera location is quite dirty, with forks on the floor and leftover food on the tables. I ordered a mac and cheese sandwich, but it came with bacon, which I didn’t want. When I mentioned it, the staff removed the bacon but just reheated a piece of bread to replace it. This is concerning, especially for those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. The staff’s attitude was quite rude, and if complaints are made, they should take them seriously.

had 0 given if there was an option! unapologetic rude staff, especially very young and intellectually challenged young who is too young to be so crisp .. and a manager who seems to care more about their next free meal than a customer service. very unprofessional!

Got the Mediterranean sandwich with a chocolate latte. Sandwich was fresh but for a 16oz latte that costed $5.32 I felt like the taste of both the coffee and chocolate could’ve been a bit better. Still a great experience though and will plan to come back. Reserva una mesa ahora

I'm puzzled as to why they require tips upfront when customers haven't yet experienced the level of service and dining quality they'll receive. During my last 10 visits, I encountered dirty utensils at least three times.

Love Panera. What I don't love is their rewards system. I'm here quite often and rarely have I gotten a reward, unless it's .50 cents off a beverage. I would probably furlough Starbucks if the reward system was better.
