I had to make a comment for them, and I normally don 't, but I wanna say this is a great store with a great staff. I wasn 't having the best day the other day, but the team unexpectedly brightened up my day. I don 't know if it was apparent on my face or anything, but they were swift with my order, food was delicious, super friendly staff, and a manager even offered me a free desert because I waited too long for my food . Completely caught me off-guard as I was walking out of the shop with my order. That 's textbook customer service done right. 11/10 would recommend going to this shop. Thank you!
this place does not care about quality. I ordered something simple: two grilled cheese sandwiches and two cups. the sandwiches came uncooked. the cheese was a little muddy, so they might have microwaved it for 30 seconds. they only delivered one cup that is probably the best because it was cumbersome and insensitive. panera was a decent place to get a sandwich and a cup suppe. they have gone downhill and it is very disappointing
The manager, Oscar, is always friendly and goes above and beyond for customers. I frequently order from Panera, and he consistently exhibits politeness and professionalism. He also leads a fantastic team. The kiosks and the Panera app are user-friendly and make ordering a breeze. My only suggestion for the Panera company (though I understand it's not specific to this location) is to bring back the Sierra turkey sandwich.
I work near this location. So I'm go into Panera a couple times a month. It's nice to see the smiling faces that I remember. And the food is amazing. I usually order the chicken salad sandwich with tomatoes soup and an iced coffee. Not only is the food amazing but the atmosphere is too. There is seating for dozens of people and a nice fire place in the corner where you can grab a cup of coffee and read a book by.

I was a little disappointed, waiting for my order, something must have spilled and was not mopped up, my sandles we're sticking to the floor. I went to the ladies room, not very clean and no tp ?. Then I get my order, get home excited to have my salad and wouldn't you know it, no bread ?.
this is my pick 2 from today's lunch. as they can see that half sandwich is almost empty, could not even taste the cheese and the meat total about 1 oz. for my suppe there were 3 crumbs. for $13.00 I expected a little more than a broth sandwich.
dirty. has a flour smell. manager and employees are unfriendly. they have no vegan options. they were out of sourdough bread at 18 o'clock. my family could eat without me. sad alley for panera bread.
Hands down the chipotle chicken avocado melt is the best sandwich ever made! The double bread bowls are also delicious. But most people forget their bread and dunes, who also die!

Good salads. Good coffee but the smoothie was small and over priced. It still was good but a little thin. I will go back when in the area. I want to try their chicken sandwich.
I miss the 10 nice soup, but the Thai huh is just as delicious and I can't wait until my seasonal favorite autumn quash back!
