I recently visited the drive-thru at this Panera Bread location and tried to order a value duet, but I was informed that they didn't offer that option. I'm not sure if that information was accurate, but I felt dismissed quickly without any alternative suggestions. Additionally, I noticed that the prices at this location were higher than those listed on the Panera Bread website. When I showed the employee the app with the correct prices, I was told there was nothing they could do and was given a receipt with a suggestion to contact corporate for a refund. I had an exceptional experience at this Panera while I was studying. The support I received while working on my homework was the best I've ever had, and I enjoyed a truly divine bagel with butter. The bagel tasted like it was crafted with love and joy, reminiscent of my grandmother's 1638 recipe. The gentleman who handed me the bagel had a little slip in his grip, but it didn’t detract from the experience at all. He even refilled my water multiple times with genuine kindness. That’s what you call a business that truly cares about its customers—a place that encourages you to succeed in your studies. The management at this restaurant is quite unprofessional. I realize that the ongoing labor shortage has caused some businesses to excuse rude behavior, but the manager could have at least feigned concern regarding my complaint about the cashier's poor customer service. Instead, I felt blamed for speaking up. If I decide to return and encounter that specific cashier again, I will likely leave, as her negative attitude makes the food taste awful.

We ordered2 Cobb salads which were so gross I wouldn't even give the chicken to my dog! It was chewy and I think the salad sat there all day! There was chopped up bacon which was more like chpped up FAT!!! The guacamole was gross! My husband asked forbread to go with both salads and we got one apple!! Never again....what a waste
This is the best Panera I've ever visited! The entire staff, including the kitchen team, are genuinely wonderful people. While the new store manager could use some improvement, I still highly recommend this location!
I placed my order using the iPhone app about 10 minutes before I arrived, and I've done this about 4 or 5 times. So far, everything has gone smoothly, and I've even received a complimentary item once!
The restaurant seems to be in disarray, with garbage scattered both indoors and outdoors. On the bright side, the service is efficient, and the staff is courteous, which is definitely a plus.
