I love me some Panera Bread. This location is super busy. I know they all are but this one is extremely busy. It's right in a strip mall, but sperate building, that has a Target and Marshall. Lunch at about 11:30 to 2pm and dinner at about 4:30pm to about 7 super busy. With that said it isn't the cleanest Panera Bread I've been into. And a big caution the both seats are really bad you can feel the wood under them. Not sure what's going on there. I always wonder if they can't keep the front clean what does the cooking area and freezer look like.
In the last month or so this location has become the slowest, especially in the drive thru. I understand the whole country is short staffed etc but when you see two managers walking around the floor chit chatting instead of helping there 's a problem. I swear my salads are always wilted. I 'm always either missing the croutons, the bread, the chips or when they offer the 99 cent dessert.
this situation is always wonderful, but they have recently taken the extra steps to make it very safe feeling. not only this sign is right when they go in, but they force it. they wanted to see my wife and my card and my license. the family after us came maskless and we immediately kicked out. if they are looking for a safe place to eat, they are not looking further.

More than once this location has forgot to put items in the bag when going thru the drive thru. This is very annoying when you can't properly eat your food. Additional items like croutons are usually forgot about when bagging. Managers usually don't care too much when I complain.
Food is ok, portions rather small. What bothers me is the place is dirty. Tables greasy, tons of dust, seats and walls greasy. If you're charging that much, selling food and making bread keep your place clean so it's nice to eat here.
The sandwiches and soup here are fantastic! The turkey sandwich with apples is absolutely delicious, and the cheddar broccoli soup is equally delightful.
the food was good for what I ordered. it was a bit bigger for the price. helpful staff. the tables were clean.
