Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I just wanted a simple bagel sliced. It should have been easy, but I waited 15 minutes until the manager finally stopped chatting with his girlfriend to assist the cashier. I ordered my bagel, but it wasn't sliced, so I had to go back and ask them to cut it. When they did, they didn't do it properly and ended up tearing it. The next morning, I had to throw the bagel away because it was as hard as a rock. They can’t even manage something this simple, so I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

I attempted to simply get a bagel sliced, which should be an easy task. I waited 15 minutes for the manager to finish chatting with his girlfriend before he helped the cashier. When I finally ordered my bagel, they didn’t cut it, so I had to go back in and ask. They then sliced and toasted it, despite my request to have it un-toasted. By the next morning, I had to throw the bagel away because it was as hard as a rock. They can't even handle basic requests here, so I cannot recommend this place.

I grudgingly went out of convenience but I really hate this place. I ordered an iced Chai tea latte and asked for another when I saw how light it was. The associate was adamant that it got 3 pumps of Chai as it should have and refused to make another one. It tasted as I thought it would and put it where it belonged.... in the garbage. Just go to Starbucks or even McDonald's whenyou're at the mall.

I would not recommend the oatmeal at this location unless you're fine with bland mush and just three slices of strawberries sprinkled with a bit of sugar. I don't understand it, as the experience is completely different at the location near the Empire State Building. There, the oatmeal is delicious, and you get a generous serving of fruit and delightful toppings. Reserva una mesa ahora

Avoid ordering the heel flakes at this location; you might be disappointed with the bland moshee and just three slices of strawberry drizzled with schnapps sugar. I don't understand how it's so different from the experience near the Empire State Building, where the food is delicious and they provide an abundance of fresh fruit and high-quality ingredients.

Dropped by today for the first time in years and was really impressed by Mark, the person who helped us. Every question we threw at him, he answered candidly with non of that ?Everything is good? nonsense you often get when you want real answers. Everythinghe recommended turned out to be great. Well done, Mark!

My online order was incomplete when it arrived. I called the store to address the issue, and Marc(k) did a fantastic job helping me arrange for my order to be redelivered to my location. I would personally give him a five-star rating!

The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt didn't contain any avocado, which was very disappointing and left me dissatisfied.
