The absolute WORST location to visit! Not only is it extremely understaffed, but the staff it does have is unprofessional. I placed an online order for two you pick two meals and waited almost an hour... it was still not done! The store was completely full with customers (all of whom did not have their food) and workers behind the counter who were not doing their job. I then requested a refund which took about fifteen minutes because none of the staff knew what to do. I waited 26 minutes for two sandwiches, even though there were seven people behind the counter. It seemed like they were overwhelmed, as my order, along with others, was left unattended. I even watched my sandwich sit outside the toaster, waiting to be wrapped. The staff appeared to have short attention spans, jumping from one task to another, which caused delays for everyone in line. Additionally, the bathroom had no hand dryers or paper towels, and all the cup lids were out of stock until I pointed it out to them. Worst experience ever! I placed an order online and was a few minutes late. I stood at the door waiting for someone to acknowledge me but they wouldn’t. As they were leaving I asked them what they did with the food that wasn’t picked up, they clearly stated they threw it away but they were carrying my order with my name and order number on the receipt. I’ve been trying to get a refund but their online customer service is a joke. They respond without even acknowledging my issues and concerns and suggest I join the rewards club. I wish I can give them no stars. The person who's in charged for catering in the afternoon was very rude. I called her and it took her probably 35 minutes to take the order because she was very slow putting the order in. I called the next day to confirmed and again was rude. The order was scheduled to be delivered at 8 am, but never arrived on time because they said Doordash never came to pick it up; however they never told me Doordarshan was going to do the delivery. there was an hour to eat. then there was a sticker in my eating when I bite into my eating. then I went back to ask a manager and the manager never came out to apologize. while she waited and asked for a manager who was “busy”, but in the kitchen was literally listening several customers asking for her still managed to ignore all customers. the workers had to take dinge into their own hands and ask everyone who were frustrated when they wanted to refund because we in their own words “we need to do our manager job because they don’t do it”. immediately said a series of customers that they want a refund. that simply shows what a terrible administration there is.
Extremely dissatisfied. I ordered the steak and cheddar with no onions. It was basically a bread sandwich. The baguette was not toasted and if it had the horseradish on it, it was undetectable. My friend got the turkey avocado and it looked much better and worth the $7 for a half a sandwich. I can get a whole combo meal that includes fries and a drink for less than that! I expect better from Panera Bread. :
Additionally, I want to commend the management: they offer assistance, but they also respect my decision if I choose to decline help. More importantly, they don’t take over and treat me like a child, which is a wonderful example of good training and respect for autonomy.
On a side note, the designated disabled parking at the back is conveniently close to the entrance, making access much easier.
I waited 20 minutes for a simple order, only for part of it to be incorrect. When I tried to address this mistake, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Overall, my visit to this Panera was very unsatisfying, and I don't plan to return. Food rating: 2/5.
