Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

I belong to the unlimited sip club, and my experience at the Panera Bread on Balltown Rd in Niskayuna, NY was disappointing. The counters around the soda machines were not clean, and the soda tasted flat. They also didn’t have any lemonades or green tea available. Meanwhile, the staff were just chatting among themselves behind the counter. I won't be returning; I'm very disappointed.

Expensive prices and tiny portions. We frequently receive incorrect orders or missing items. Last night, I received only a small piece of a sandwich that was supposed to include avocado, but it was missing. I can't help but wonder where the rest went. Oh wait, there it is—some slimy, brownish-green thing. I hope whoever got the rest of my sandwich enjoyed the avocado!

Good food, nice employees, but I don't think I've stopped when they DIDN'T mess up my order. They never get it right! Always forgetting something, giving the wrong items, ignoring substitutions and alterations to the food. As a vegetarian it upsets megreatly whenever I see they left the meat on my food. I haven't visited Panera Bread in a while, but I decided to pick up some food for the family for dinner tonight. Unfortunately, I found the interior to be quite dirty, and the prices seem high given the small portion sizes. Next time, I think I'll just make the soup at home and buy some bread from a local bakery. I won’t be returning.

Consistency is key. The food is great when the manger is on duty. When he is not there you never know what you are going to receive.
