employees were friendly. food was good. my only concern is the bakery. I saw flies landing on the bakery treats. at the end of the day there are so few bakery items left, I would put them on a plate and covered it with a clear plastic dome cover. other than that the restaurant was clean.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to the Lexington Ave location they screw up my order. I understand once in a while but NOT EVERYTIME!! I AM NEVER RETURNING.

a little disappointed by our local panera. it wasn't very clean. the personal was not friendly as normal. it was not prepared as it should be.
