Terrible, placed a pick up order in app, stated it would take an hour, for 4 sandwiches and some orange scones. Umm ok I killed time doing other things, shown up and they didn’t even start preparing my order, so another 30 minutes sitting here, as well as not having f scones and being so difficult to get them to refund me for themReport on your app when you are sold out as other locations do instead of wasting peoples time, and if you can’t makes orders in a timely or predictable fashion get new staff or work out new practices because this is ridiculous and not worth itAnd after all that get home to find they only gave me 3 of 4 sandwhichesSit there and pull everything out of your bag because the workers here are so incompetent they clearly can’t read and follow a list to ensure they’ve made everything

It's large and clean but every time I come here they consistently struggle to get food out timely and keep the condiments stocked. It just feels neglected somehow. Maybe it's all the Doordash orders taking up bandwidth? I feel like they could stand to have an additional employee or two around to take the strain off.

First time I was disappointed. I normally love the coffee here. But today the coffee was weak. The half half was watered down, or maybe it was milk. The cinnamon crunch bagel was stale. Was a waste of money. Very disappointing.
