At the New Ballas location, it seems that the staff this Sunday morning hasn't received adequate training. They were friendly and trying their best, but they messed up a simple order (a cafe mocha and a bagel that wasn't toasted) and took a long time to prepare it. I waited about 15 minutes for an order ahead of mine, which took another 5 minutes to complete. The workers appeared a bit overwhelmed behind the counter. Management should provide them with more support.
At the New Ballas location on Sunday morning, the staff seemed untrained. I ordered food to be delivered to my work and they sent me the wrong size. This was supposed to be a large and cost $11 when it is a small size. I tried to contact them multiple times via phone to correct the issue and the automated number hung up on me multiple times. Very bad customer service and now I do not have a large enough lunch. I am a teacher so I only had 30 minutes for lunch, very disappointed.
This is hands down the worst Panera I’ve ever visited! I was there yesterday and got burned broccoli cheddar soup. Every time I come here, something’s always wrong with my order. This will definitely be my last visit! If you want a better Panera experience, I suggest going to the locations on Old Olive or near Westport. I’ve attached photos! Reserva una mesa ahora
I ordered online and ended up waiting over an hour for my food. When my order finally arrived, my sandwich was burnt! I've never experienced this at any other Panera location. I tried calling the manager five times, but haven't been able to get through. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
that's the worst panera! I left yesterday and burned Broccoli-Cheddar soup. Every time I go, something is always wrong. the last time you're here! if you're looking for a closer panera they go to the location on old olive or from westport! pictures are appropriate!
Placed my order online, took over 1 hour to get ready. When I received my order my sandwich was burnt! Any other Panera I go to my sandwich is never burnt only at this one! I have called over 5 times to speak to a manager and still no answer! I am highlyupset!
I really enjoyed my visit to Panera Bread; the space was clean and peaceful. While it may get busy around lunchtime, at 10 AM it’s ideal! You can study while enjoying breakfast or relax with your favorite book alongside some delicious items from their menu. Reserva una mesa ahora
I really liked this place, it was clean and quiet. probably too day they will be busy, but it? 10 o'clock and it's perfect! they can learn while they get their breakfast or comfortably enjoy their favorite book with delicious sandwiches .
