On weekdays, we often stop by for coffee and decided to grab a bagel to enjoy on our way to work. It would have been much easier to manage in the car if it had been cut in half. When placing our online order, we requested in the special instructions that the bagel be cut in half, and asked for a plastic knife to be included for spreading our butter. To our surprise, not only was our request to cut the bagel denied, but we were also given a spoon instead of a knife.

The young man at the counter was very patient while I took my time deciding what to order. The chicken and bacon flatbread I chose was delicious! I also appreciated his reminder that I could add a sweet treat for just 99 cents. We did need to clean our table ourselves, but overall, it was a great experience.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. However, I noticed that the sandwiches without bread were being stored behind the counter, stacked on top of each other in a cold area. This doesn’t seem like the most effective way to prevent foodborne illness.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, and Meisha was particularly attentive and pleasant. I enjoyed the flatbread along with the broccoli and cheddar soup. I even invited Meisha to share a slice with me. I highly recommend this place!

I'm sharing this review because it’s the second time this has happened to me. Make sure to check your order before leaving the drive-thru. When I called the manager to share my frustration, he appeared indifferent.
The Fuji Apple Cranberry drink with Guarana caffeine was very refreshing. The soup was enjoyable, although the sandwich was just average. Overall, it was a satisfactory meal.
I used to stop here every day when I worked at Sam Ash in Springfield. I would come in around 10:00 a.m., grab my coffee, and then head to teach my class. Food: 5/5
Slow service for picking up 2 items. They need more help making orders. Stay away during lunch they are super slow at making orders. Hire more help ASAP.

I ordered two bowls of soup, and they were hardly filled. There's no way they should cost $10.49 each. What a complete scam!
The soup and salad, along with the soup and sandwich, are exceptional!
