The door never showed up with my order. I called the Manalapan site and spoke to July to get a status and she apologized and offered to prepare and deliver my order personally. July came with my food within minutes and offered me their phone number for future orders placed by Door Dash. July transformed a negative experience into a positive one.

I love the hospitality and care for someone who goes out of the way, especially Julie, she is such a friendly, hearty person. She knows how to make customers loyal to Paneera and bring them back to the store. Person like her is really an advantage for the company. Thank you for giving us a very special treat for my son. LACEY IS THE BEST!! She helped me out so much with a door dash situation! She called door dash personally and got me my order! If you have an issue Lacey is the person to go to!! She told me to leave a review on cafe or something I don?t know how to butwhen I?m sober enough to I will she was the best!! Give her a raise Panera!!!!

Never using this chain restaurant ever again. The main salad was the size of a side salad. The strawberry poppy seed salad had like 1 cut up strawberry, and the pineapple was almost invisible . It?s a disgrace that they think this is OK !

Clean table, fresh and delicious food, this is the best panera in the area in 20 miles.
