Most of the dining experience is like other Paneras. Here are key differences: the hours on door are wrong. It takes a code to go potty. If you let staff know there's a lot of coffee grounds in the pot, nothing is done to correct it. They close on holidays without warning nor signs. Slow service due to lack of employees. Great food and customer service otherwise.
I love panera. However, this visit was somehow almost 18.00 per person. I understand inflation, but be prepared for higher prices. I was shocked as this is my first personal visit since the covidence shutdown in 2020. eating was amazing. Soupen were delicious. the staff was friendly and friendly.
Everytime I order delivery from this location they always forget to put dressing with my salads. The whole point of a salad is to have dressing with it. It is complete frustrating when you are waiting all day for a salad and they forget one of the most important parts of the salad.
giving a 3 because I do not like the location. as a delivery driver their is always a possibility you're going to get back to your vehicle to find a parking ticket. would be nice if they validated parking for the lot Reserva una mesa ahora

the staff at the lake eastbrook location is always friendly and willing to accommodate special items. the lobby is clean and the unlimited drink service with great food keeps us back.
waited 30 minutes after the pick-up time for half a sandwich. then canceled my order becuse someone else took my food because the personal did not read a name correctly.
