I have been obsessed lately with paneras Greek salad, so I have asked the pick two menus. today I ordered this and the highly advertised chicken sandwich. today's sandwich was a big disappointment. for $10 they would expect a greater care and a consistent product. instead it was way overcooked tasting of burned meat on the outside edges and very dry in the middle. the brot was very dark and also had a boiled taste. it's sad that from now on, I either don't have to order it or demand that it won't be overcooked. I had a $4.99 grilled chicken sandwich in wendys recently, and it tasted much better and was properly cooked.

I have been to this location many times. This place is horrible. Multiple times I never received my food. I've waited for 25 minutes to get my food. I've emailed panera asking for my money back because I never received my order. They are rude. It takes 30 days to get a refund. This has happened to me twice. Never received my refunds. My orders are never there. I ask the employees and they ignore you. You don't get your panera rewards even when you give them your information. Never went back to this location.

Love this place. Very friendly. Alisa behind the pick up counter works very hard to get your order right and so friendly. The manager, Dave, will help you out if you don’t get the correct order delivered to you and allow your credit the next time you come in. Great coffee! Reserva una mesa ahora

Come here if you want to make sandwiches in advance! I usually love panera, but this one is not. I never knew that a sandwich could be both soggy and stale at the same time. it was ice cold and had one sitting in the refrigerator. I took a bite and could not eat the rest.

terrible steak and cheese sandwich. it was just broth and cheese. there was no meat at all. money with baseball cap was rude and talked to us. sandwich was finished with less than a minute. the price is not worth at all. never again.
