very disappointed,You huge advertised new chicken sandwich is tiny! the little piece was so small that I had to open sandwich to see if it was there. it would not even satisfy the appetit of a child, and that is all. a complete demolition. Do not waste your time or your money. I also tried her chicken soup broth bowl and was also extremely tiny and just a small piece of chicken. very poor quality of food and expensive. the kitchen staff has never apologized. rude! save their authorities and a bad experience there are other healthy options out there

My granddaughter and I had dinner together. We had soup and salad, she had a bowl of broccoli chedder and the new salad (Asian) I had the same soup in a bread bowl. All the food was amazing, service was great and the establishment is clean. There was enough seating to be mindful of Covid, all staff are wearing masks and I am thankful to you!! Thank you for a great experience!! P.S. they make the most tasteful unsweetened fresh brewed tea!! This praise goes out to the restaurant on West Bell Rd.

The cashier Brie was very impatient with my friend. Disrespectful and rude. She said you should asked for a bag and slammed the drawers that had bags. Our food was wrong. We asked for the manager Madi several times. Waited an hour and all we heard was she's is busy, you can go talk to her why can't Madi go to the table? Will be calling corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to look at the cameras.

we were out of the city on ostern looking for an breakfast place when we saw panera! they are a chain, but with that said they have consistently good food and tasty tasty. the workers and the many were polite and informative about their products. you can't go wrong with this chain. Stop and say hello and try a blueberry muffin!

Good food and service usually but unhappy that mostly every time I come something is out of stock. Whatever bread, avocado, etc and never matters what time I went in the afternoon and was out of bread and avocado for a sandwich and out of bread bowls too. I would understand if it was a few hours before close.

This location has been consistently poor in accuracy of the order, overall food quality, including food temperature.The customer service is just not what it used to be.We were all somewhat disappointed in our experience.I would not recommend this location until they make a real effort to improve.

usual panera bread chain restaurant we are all used to. this is covered and cool. I had only coffee, but her baked looked like terrifying. I'm sure the place is good, it was packed and I don't live, so I'll never be back. but you should live somewhere on the bell road in glendale:

Many sandwich, salad and soup choices. I always get the pick 2 and it was about $11 so not cheap, but priced about what others charge. Could add a dessert for 99 cents so of course I did. Everything always tastes good!

My mom and I are breakfast here for the first time the other day. It was amazing. We ordered at the kiosk and we were notified in a timely fashion when our food was ready.

the attempt to order on the computer screen was terrible, tried about 10 times before it worked. the employee was not interested and the place was dirty.
