My wife had a birthday-free desert that they forgot to put in the bag on our last visit, things happen, I'm not crazy just disappointed, so I asked to talk to the manager in service and without hesitation he immediately wanted the dessert and threw it in our pocket. I know that the right thing in customer service is to give this particular article to the customer, but the fact that he did not hesitate and did it immediately without asking for any kind of story or deciding whether he believes the story or not, he did what he should do and that is the sign of someone who really knows what to do for his customers. Today I was too late to get my lunch together for 15 people and two workshop teachers. At 10:45 a.m. I called Panera, who would like to order for everyone by phone. Unfortunately, they don't do phone orders and my online order would have taken me forever. Can I just come down and order that? Surely Amanda said and ask me if you come in and I'll take care of you. I came and as promised Amanda took the order and had it in less than 30 minutes. even to help by ensuring that each person had their name on his pocket! The best part was how attentive all employees were. I was astonished as my colleagues in our little workshop. YUM! Delicious food made to order. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing!! I haven't been here since the pandemic and the prices are cheap for breakfast. The menu was completely new to me, but the manager was very patient with me. I told him what I wanted, and he did an amazing job! Just show when you treat people as you want to be treated, life is so much better! Super Job Panera with this guy :

This Panera bread is one of the best I ever had the pleasure of eating. It's always workers to be in a good mood and whether I deliver my food to me at home, or eat in the café, it's always a 10/10 experience. This seems too proud to be delicious. Five stars!

I am a high school senior who come to this panera almost every day. I love it and our girl Debbie is the OG she makes my day. Their food always hit especially the noodles and the warm bread in the microwave that i just found!
