We left Panera Bread around 4:58 PM, which felt like an unnecessarily long wait for a fairly straightforward order. If the delay was due to staff training, it would be helpful for the restaurant to inform customers in advance so they aren’t caught off guard. Additionally, we saw the manager reprimanding a new employee who had just come from the back area still wearing gloves and rubbing his arms; the manager then instructed him to remove the gloves and wash his hands. Overall, this made for an unpleasant experience, especially considering Panera Bread’s menu options.
At Panera Bread, the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming, but the team leader, Aron, was noticeably rude and unpleasant to customers. I observed a customer ask for bagels from the menu, and Aron seemed upset when she requested them toasted. Aron could improve his leadership skills, especially in managing stress during busy periods and in how he communicates with and treats patrons.
Almost clean except for restrooms. Food and beverages are always good; however, staff is rude and it's just an ongoing culture in Panera locations in this area. Placing a pick-up order ahead, give them a plenty of time, avoid the rudeness. Eren from morning staff is different. Always welcoming and respectful.
Panera dropped the ball on my order tonight Order drinks 2 bottles of water and a green juice )didn't get none of them. Ordered extra toppings and quinoa i paid extra for.....where I see nothing. Also put salad dressing that I didn't ask for in my salad. Whats going on panera. I deserve a refund!

They messed up my online order I had tuna they messed my bread up I asked for sour dough but I'm already home ill just eat it they only put half a spoon scoop of tuna my sandwich had more tomatoes nd bread then tuna ..do better or I'll spend my money where I get my dollar
The Ceasars salad was aweful!! It had so many stocks ,I picked them out and there was no salad left to eat. This is the worst especially since food is so high. Never again will I order a salad from Panera at 6600 Baltimore National Pike Catonsville MD.
Good service. Staff is very nice and friendly. Place is always kept clean. Service is quick. Food is always fresh. Love the soups. Southwest chili salad is great! Love the smoothies. They have new bakery desserts available as well!
I got a text saying my order was ready, but they had actually forgotten about it. It wasn’t until a helpful person asked about it that I finally received my order, 15 minutes after the notification.

The service at this restaurant is exceptionally bad and will leave you waiting a long time. They show no consideration for your time.
This restaurant met all our expectations and there were no unpleasant surprises.
