Lettuce tasted wilted and soggy, chicken tasted uncooked or expired (not sure). Was extremely excited for my snickerdoodle cookie!! But when i asked the employee for one… she pointed at the glass bakery display responded with, “What you see is what you get. Thats it.” Whoaaa. ??? This place used to be my favorite place to eat…. Guess they’ve gone down hill.
The restaurant is rarely clean, the kiosks never work, and the service from most staff, including the daytime manager, is poor. The sodas are often empty or taste strange. This is definitely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. If you enjoy Panera, I suggest avoiding this location because you will not enjoy your experience.
The service at Panera Bread is always outstanding. The food is consistently flavorful and satisfying. If you visit during lunch hours, there may be a wait, so I recommend ordering online for a quicker pickup.
I paid $16 for the green goddess with avocado and pepperoni for me to get home and open it and there's only one pepperoni and half the sandwich is just dry bread. never coming back to this location Reserva una mesa ahora
Britney, the cashier, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. She went the extra mile to deliver outstanding service and truly deserves recognition, including a well-earned raise.
Could give it a zero. Store closed 15 minutes early, and all I ordered was a drink. This is like the 3rd time you do this. Why am I paying for??
I go to Panera Bread when I’m hungry, but their portions are quite small. The prices are high for such a tiny amount of food.
