Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

12/2022 Very disappointed this evening at Panera. The three of us had 2 pick 2 's with bread bowls, and one soup in a bread bowl, with drinks (but their small drink is now a regular and $3). It was $52!!! I thought that was quite expensive for 3 soups and 2 half sandwiches. Additionally, the food was tasty but mediocre. They used to have a fresh steak and arugula sandwich. Now, it 's your average panini that I would say is on par with a Domino 's $5.99 cheesesteak (but at Domino 's you get twice the sandwich for $5.99). Also, they used to hollow out the bread bowl with their hand. Now they are just cutting a chunk of bread out of the bowl with a knife so you are getting more bread than soup....

I really like their menu, but the place is always untidy. Their freshly brewed coffees are not strong at all, but organic juices are superior in taste as compared to other restaurants. Their vanilla chai latte has changed significantly in taste, however their food is healthy and good, and on cold days, I opt for their bread bowls with chicken noodle soup. Shout out to the amazing Anita and her beautiful British accent and her patience. She is not only helpful but so informative about the menu.

I encountered a problem when I placed my online order as the computer system crashed. When I arrived, my order was delayed. I approached the manager, who informed me that my order had been lost. However, the manager's polite and respectful demeanor, along with the professionalism shown in handling the situation, truly earned this restaurant a 5-star rating. Despite several people experiencing missing orders, the staff remained calm and composed.

For some reason, this location consistently forgets to include all the ingredients in their dishes. I ordered French onion soup and they neglected to add the cheese and croutons. I also ordered a Turkey Avocado BLT sandwich, but they left out the avocado and instead added extra tomatoes to compensate for the missing avocado. If you're out of an ingredient, it would be helpful to inform your customers, as they may want to choose something else. Reserva una mesa ahora

The most horrible experience ever, The problem is it's not the first time. I had no idea. It's a new style to cut bagels. Problem is you see what are you doing wrong and put them in the bag and send them home with the customer. That's what I got when I was home. I couldn't eat them was impossible and I was so upset. It's okay to do mistakes. It's not okay to not correct them immediately. .

I really enjoy the lunch combo options. It's a bit pricey for what you get, but it is always good. We use the self service kiosk when we go. It is very efficient and easy to use. Hardly ever have to wait for more than five minutes to receive our food. It's always busy, but the floors are regularly littered with debris and tables aren't usually wiped off in a timely manner.

This restaurant has really declined in quality. It lacks cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere. There was no greeting upon arrival, and the checkout staff was neither friendly nor helpful. The pick-up staff didn't engage with customers at all or attempt to deliver the food. Given the total cost of $35, I think we’ll opt for a sit-down restaurant next time.

I’m a big fan of Panera, but this franchise is not following the rest of the model. Got stuck in the drive through for about 30 minutes. Went inside to ask what’s going on. The air handler is disgusting. They were eager to comp the meal. Ok but the eggs were completely uncooked, (hope they were actually eggs). This was a horrible Sunday morning breakfast. We went there early Saturday morning so obviously the night crew.DID NOT CLEAN UP AT ALL! The floors, tables, soda machine, knives and forks were ALL disgusting. Everything should be spik n span clean. We eat here. Management needs 2.get on these workers. Truly disappointed

This is 2 large bowls of soup and a large salad. $27.68 without drinks. The salad portion is small, and 2x soup portions are small too. Do not ever get to-go meals!
