I won't be returning to this restaurant as I felt it was a complete waste of money. Is this really worth $12? This is why I refrain from tipping in advance—I immediately regretted leaving a $5 tip after this experience, especially with takeout. I ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich, but there was hardly any cheddar and the steak portion was sadly minimal. I couldn't even find any red onions in it. The service was both frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I feel for those who live nearby and have to put up with such subpar food. I truly hope the person who made my sandwich receives some constructive feedback and training.
Panera Bread has completely revamped their menu, and unfortunately, the quality has taken a hit. We tried the new Toasted Italiano sandwich, which looked loaded with meat in the pictures, but in reality, it only had three slices of thin, disappointing meat. Such a letdown! On top of that, the bag of chips only contains 1 ounce—just a tiny serving. Seriously, why is that the case? It’s hard to understand. Because of this experience, I’m likely going to stop visiting Panera Bread altogether. I used to go there about once a week, but not anymore after this change.
I've had the pleasure of having Chris assist me several times during my visits to Panera. He engages me in conversation about the weather and my day, addresses any issues that may arise, all while wearing a friendly smile. I'm not certain if he holds a managerial position, but he exudes a sense of leadership that positively influences the entire staff. Whenever I visit and see him working, I can expect excellent service. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I've received from Panera, especially thanks to Chris.

Typically, when I visit Panera Bread, the wait times tend to be a bit longer than average, even with mobile orders. However, the quality of the food on their menu is consistently excellent. Just be sure not to be in a hurry when coming here. Hopefully, management is addressing this issue.
This place is filthy. I can believe how dirty this restaurant is. The floor was covered in dirt and the HVAC registers are covered in grime. We had to ask to have our table cleaned. It was covered in food crumbs.
Panera is my go-to spot for Breakfast Sandwiches and salads. I appreciate that the staff is willing to make substitutions whenever possible. The food is always fresh.
The bread in Panera Bread's Napa almond chicken salad has greatly improved—it's truly delicious! The mac and cheese on their menu is also very flavorful.

This place is consistently a peaceful and relaxing environment for getting work done. The food is amazing, and the monthly drink special is outstanding!
