Panera Bread - Reserva de mesa

Visited this location after moving furniture last week on a Thursday night. We were very hungry and it was very busy. The wait was not long, the food was great and what made me want to write this review was the all star who helped us as a cashier: she was incredibly positive and friendly and made us laugh with a good joke. During a lull of counter orders she buzzed around and made sure everyone was taken care of, spreading the best vibes! While waiting for our order we could see that the folks in the kitchen were working hard under stressful conditions. Service workers are real MVPs of this pandemic and we very much appreciated their efforts with the clear challenge of being understaffed.

I truly believe this is one of my favorite spots. I had the Broccoli Cheddar soup and grilled cheese, and the soup was quite good. However, the sandwich was cheesier than those I've had at other places, which I really enjoyed. The checkout staff was very friendly and made sure everything was satisfactory for the customers. The staff in the kitchen was also pleasant when I picked up my order. Overall, it felt like a very welcoming and lovely place with great food, although it did seem a bit short-staffed.

I placed a pickup order today, but since my car is broken, I tried to switch to delivery. I called and spoke with a manager, who offered to combine my orders so that both could be delivered, and I was fine with paying for both. Unfortunately, the Dasher had already left with my delivery order. However, the manager was able to cancel the delivery fees, allowing me to use my rewards instead. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to this Panera for their excellent customer service!

On December 18, 2020, I ordered from the Modern Caprese Sandwich and chicken noodle soup from the You pick Two (sandwich soup and side choice of chips) options on the menu although the food was very tasty and yummy. It was expensive, especially for the portion and the food not coming with a drink. Overall, I had a great experience at Panera Reserva una mesa ahora

The cashier was非常 friendly, and the service was quick. The food was of high quality and reasonably priced. I loved my favorite strawberry poppy salad and the new spicy chicken sandwich! Both were delicious!

We use the app to place orders for collection quite often. The food is consistently good with a decent amount of healthy options. Even if the store is busy, pick-up orders are pretty fast ready.
